A Chocolate Easter Atysian Scientific Discussion

Hey all :)

Thought we deserved some sort of fun easter post so I have thought of a fun little semi-scientific Atysian discussion to have :)

Its Easter on Atys, its time to open your chocolate easter eggs, but which is the best value for the dapper?

There are eggs in the shapes of all the creatures of Atys, all the same Volume of chocolate, however, the chocolate only covers the surface area of the creature (the "eggs" are hollow).

So with all Eggs the same volume, the same price for the dapper but different surface areas, which is the best value to get?

Basically this is a discussion about which creature has the greatest surface area to volume ratio on Atys :)

I'll start us off with thinking that a Bolobi may with its tall thin legs etc :)

*huggles to all, and happy easter :) *

Kirosta maybe, with all those sharp ends sticking out.

Or probably javing. Those wings don't take up much volume.

It has to be something flying, Kizoar look good with the insect wings ... or maybe Yber (small ones) due to the way volume shrinks faster than area.

anything spherical has a high internal volume to surface area ratio, so that pretty much wipes out Bolobis, Wombaï, Armas etc..

Im in favour of the Kirosta... lots of thin spindly legs and claws.. nothing but surface area :)

Javings have the largest wings of the flyers, which would make them a contender.

Possibly the spinal plates on a Timari bring them into the race, although they do have a fairly meaty body..

Shalah are kinda shaggy, and hair makes for a very high surface area :D Gibbai are pretty shaggy too, and that Gibbakin !? What a wild hairday!

With all eggs being the same volume I' d have to say a stinga. It' s got a lot of surface with all it' s little stumps for branches, the buds, hell possibly even the roots.
