The Karavan alliance will be destroying all EXP CATS aquired from the Lost Valley Stronghold OP as an offering to Jena. With all the whining going on we thought it was only fair to give up an offering to our goddess. False declarations have been ignored for a long time. They will no longer be tolerated. Praise be to Jena and her loyal warriors.

Would a drill-builder clarify something for me please? Don't you have to build a crystal drill in order to generate XP catalysts from an outpost? Doesn't a crystal drill produce fewer of the other resources, like outpost mats and flowers, than a more basic drill?

yes, there is 1.5x and 2x flower drill available which gives no crystals, BUT the craft.mat production is same (i.e. non-existent
