Dev Suggestion: Alternative to PvP

OK, so having had it repeatedly explained to me that OPs are PvP content, if you don't like PvP then you don't deserve crystals or OP mats or consumables.
I quite like OP mats, crystals, and those little flowers are quite cool too. PvP I am less fond of (I enjoy it in moderation, if I could have a "neutral" PvP tag I would be very happy, I could pick when I wanted to PvP).
So lets have an alternative? How bout foragers (the poor forgotten forager, the only skill that got _nothing_ but more of the same from OPs. All you ever do is dig more mats so Crafters can use their shiny new plans) can dig OP mats and Consumables and Crystals from the ground in and around OPs?
Sure, make OP mats like excellent/supreme mats to limit the ammounts produced if its considered unbalancing. But please please please give us an _alternative_ rather than saying "PvP or lose out".
Thoughts and constructive criticisms welcome, flames can... go elsewhere.

I think a nuetral tag would be cool ...Have it so if you attack a kara or kami that side will remain your enemie for a set time ...say 10 min...and the side you helped will not be able to attack you...That way ya can't just switch sides mid battle lol and you wont get targeted by accedent by the people your helping
There is nothing we can do about people thinking you should only have something if you PvP I don't find that in the least bit fair to those that don't.
And BTW !!! I PvP some... and sometimes its in good fun .... but overall it has changed people ... maybe they have always been like that and its just coming out now ...thats probably it.
So please stop talking to me about not wanting PvP because I don't like being attacked for no reason..I like PvP but not when people can't control themselves and say things like "if you don't like it stay out" As that is not a good aditued to have when someone is just stating there discontent

it needs to be per player limit, not like supremes per node. also... digging near outpost is silly, give use reason to go out there (with mission), and get some mats back to NPC who will trade them to OP "reward", mats however, should be kind of slow to get (possible for solo digger tho).

.. Don't know how they would lay that out tho ...
Maybe times the number by 100
so a 250 =25000 a day and a 50 is only 5000 that sounds fair to me

I think the problem with digging up XP crystals is there already seems to be too many in circulation. Introducing even more would be a bad idea.
It it were to be done, it wuld have to be limited only to players in a guild who don't have an OP and have not participated in any outpost battles. I don't know how that could be done.

Thats exactly what I would like
Of course to prevent "abuse" you could be attacked by either side, but after the first attack that side becomes your enemy (Again for 10 minutes) and the other side your allies. Ditto for healing, the first person you heal becomes your team. Though you dont want being healed by someone to make em your friends, that could be a bit random with bombheals going off... plus abusive "I am goin Kara, but some Kami just healed me, now I am stuck on the wrong side...
PvP timer resets every time you take a PvP action etc. But its all off-topic for this thread
would be nice though!

It's not fair to say they havn't participated in "any" OP battles because many that don't want to fight still help there friends..wich is why the argument "if you dont like it stay out" is stupid and narrow minded..
Anyone will help a friend fight wether they like fighting or not...Or they are not really friends...as a reflection to RL I don't like fighting at all but when my friend got beat up I went to help him.

Only your own actions would choose your side not the actions of others...
Tho being attacked by them should make them you enemie lol

I just want to avoid double dipping. If you're helping your friends they should be giving you crystals and you don't need to dig them.
If everyone can dig them, then everyone will. So the guilds with OP's and their friends will have their free ones plus dig as many as the non PvPers are digging and still come out with more.
