personly i just would prefer a higher heal cast speed as well to heal teamies in time when needed i can see that it are affl amps btw

Do you make amps ?
I dont want to spoil the recipe here but some of the magic focus needed to make those amps drop the heal stats.
Anyway the not really much difference between 87% and more on speed imo
I start the bid with 5 millions...
