the issue of spawn camping in PvP

well like the title says, I'm posting about one of the most sensitive issues in the game right now. I like to get involved in the faction action where ever it may occure, be it Dyron, Yrk, Pyr or wherever, and with that action it happens that the side that gets the upper hand moves ever so closer to the enemies spawn point. Before long a side begins to dominate and sits within range of the others spawn..which is then considered camping. When the enemy moves within that range of camping, the players at the spawn are safe, but cannot heal up so are at a severe disadvantage.
We all know how it works and i recapped it kinda in the above paragraph. The issue is, is about how homins deal with it.
Most get upset and say the other side is cheating, but on the same hand when the tables turn, the spawn camping reverses, and they are then upset they are being camped. It's a lose/lose situation. Theres no real way to stop it, but it is war after all. If one side takes the advantage and sits in front of the spawn of the enemy, the enemy is then forced to either sit there humbled, or come up with a clever plan to take the advantage back.
So to the whole point of spawn camping....what is the problem with it?
It seems to be a battle tactic. Like i said it either humbles a side into defeat or forces them to come up with a new way of taking the battle to the enemy. What is it that forces someone to spawn at the closest available point? If the losing side spawned at, say, the second closest spot, then the enemy would be too far to camp...it would give the opportunity to regroup, heal up, and try again.
For everyone to cry that when they get wiped out, the victor doesn't allow them to quickly regroup and attampt another wave of attack is foolish IMO..its a sign of weakness to complain that the "other"side is dominating you and not giving you an easy opportunity to try and turn the tables. There are several spawn points in each area..they may not be the closest to the battle, but they may be a better choice to go to to regroup safely for another attemp at victory.
I'm sure that with this post i'll have an equal number of people who agree with this and think i'm completely outta my mind and should just shut up, but the current state of things, we are only doing one thing with spawn camping...that is wasting a GM's time sending tickets in about it.
Please people if you are gonna be involved in PvP, don't cry that there should be rules beyond what there is. Thers already a choice, and if you choose to get involved then there could be losing situations that you are in..theres no point in crying about it....you made your bed, so you have to sleep in it. and as far as spawn camping goes..there are other spawn points besides the closest ones..mabey try them..it could lead to a tactical advantage, rather than crying cuz the enemy trapped you in a corner at the clser point and won.
