I've sent a couple emails to the north american billing address and gotten no response. I was told my problem would be fixed within a couple days, and that was on day 6. I would like a support person to at least tell me once and for all if I'm wasting my time.

This support is repulsive. There must be a team of 3 maybe 4 people.

Someone answer or I'm just going to keep spamming the email until I get a response. There's no reason at all for this.
Type out the exact problem you have here. Who told you it would be sorted within a couple of days and what would be sorted?

ok, i'll pass this along to those i know. And hopefully they will reply here. i have only seen a similar message during a registration problem like this using mastercard and that was because the card itself was unavailable..due to my missing a bill repayment. But i think its sounds like a fault at neveraxs end for sure. I'll pass it on.

ok, i mailed your post and its link to a couple of guys i think will be able to help you out, i leave it to them to reply directly to you or post here, i'll speak to other folks about it ingame, maybe they've had a similar problem or know how to sort it out. meantime, hang in there and know at least someone is listening. Even if i cant do a whole lot about it.. ;)
