The Global Summit

Homins of Atys!

Following the recent summit it appears that some of the issues we raised cannot be easily resolved.

For this reason I am inviting guild leaders and guild representatives to the Global Summit. The Global Summit will be held at Bighand Border Tunnel in Maiden Grove on Sunday 5th March at 7pm GMT (2pm east coast american time).

The summit's primary objective is to discuss and create a global council run by all guild leaders. The global council will be a non-biased committee where war crimes and rules of engagement shall be discussed. The current acting Chairman is Zahan of the Samsara.

Following the meeting (and depending on agreement) a webforum will be created for the global council to which the guild leaders (and chairperson) will have access.

Yours

So all guilds are invited, Kami, Karavan, and neutral?

"The summit's primary objective is to discuss and create a global council run by all guild leaders." (Alibooma)

My educated guess would be yes.

Given that it's being announced based on issues raised at a summit where the Karavan were told not to come unless they came looking for a fight, it's a pretty reasonable question.

@Alibooma: Assuming he's correct and you're inviting all guilds, can you give the rest of us an idea of what the issues are that were raised beyond the the vague statement of "war crimes" and "rules of engagement"?

Yes this is an open invite to all guildleaders/reps interested in shaping the future of atys.

Ok as an example of what we discussed and of what will undoubtedly discuss at the global summit was the open sore point of spawn killing. There are other points to be discussed, and if the homins think of points they wish to raise please /tell zahan before or during the summit.

A couple of other points that need mentioning. Spamming in the around chat will be frowned upon, if you wish to speak let zahan know and he will notify you when you're ready to speak. (it just keeps things nicely ordered)

Also with players from both factions showing up there will almost certainly be opportunity to nuke. This will also be frowned upon. If you fight you may be excluded.

What, you want a screen shot showing him labeled as neutral, maybe his siding with kami more often than not shows the type of path the karavan take, also being attacked from all the kara forces too blind to see what they where doing (yes there were exceptions) Samsara are a neurtal guild and trade with both fractions, they have been critised alot but have not taken the easy way out by turning to a fraction and battled through peoples thoughts like you.

Edited your post fast, just not fast enough :)

Ok it doesnt matter who is the Chairperson. The whole council will be democratic so it is of little relevance who the chaiperson is or who the messenger is (me :D ).In my initial post i called him the chairperson but he made me change it to acting chairperson.

Zahan demonstrated effectively that he could control the meeting, that is why he is chairperson. The fact that he is neutral is a bonus.

Lets not make a fuss over this...

A spammer shouldn't be choosing when others can speak... Nah, needs to be a neutral party that chairs anything of this magnitude... Just call it another Kami summit meeting, it's doubtful many Karavaneers will be there.

Well, I'd be there if it wasnt just for Guild reps. and what not. And if it was at a time that I could attend.
