Question of Officers

Seems the logical place to ask this question...
I've not been able to find the answer via a search or looking in the new player guide so thought I'd ask it here.
Does anyone know the rules for the number of officers?
I know it's based on number of members and, I believe, HOs are based on number of Os? Could someone please confirm how it works?

We went from 4xHO to 5xHO when our membership went from 99 to 101.
Once in-game will count the number of Officers.

Wasn' t it stated some time ago in a Q&A that the number of HO' s available was 5% of total guild population and around 10% for Officers?
So the number of Officers should be roughly double the amount of HO' s. (it doesn' t always seem to be true; I' m guessing I' m either really bad at divisions in maths or they round they' re fractions in some weird french mathematical way

)

It's a game mechanic, so they will not tell you what it is, we have asked several times. In addition, if you posted it here, I imagine it would get censored pretty quickly.
Noin.

It was posted in a Q&A ages ago, but was hard to decipher due to the funky rounding the game uses to work it out.

Yes it was in a Q&A ages ago and Kyerna is right. And the rounding is down.
