[WTB] Specific Amps

I'm looking to buy a pair of q200 amps with the following stats as a minimum (consider it a challenge as well because I think they might be a bit tricky without using 97/97 and an OP tool
):
They require
100/100 elemental
100/100 offensive affliction
At least 92/92 in the other two
I am willing to pay in q250 (desert) grind mats

well not sure on Q200 as the selection of boss mats is increased but on 250 i found only 100/100 100/99 and not sure on other stats can take a look and see if its worth doing send me a tell ig spir

I think the 100-100 100-100 is not possible, or extremly extremly hard to get.

a bit yes
but knowing the crafter well, i can tell he did his best to get the hightest stats everywhere. Good luck for your search

i think it is pretty much near imposible to get 100/100 ele AND 100/100 from another area since sha amber (the ele speed) has it's nerfed stat as ele power. this means you need less sha and more boss eyes to get the power/speed ecven for a boost.. this in turn causes other things to be out of balance..
i havnt' got the HQ amp plan so can't play with the mats i have
i know MQ and basic plans it's not possible ( i tried to do similar with heal stats)
maybe one day i'll get around to grinding amps up
