Ok. this is one for the guys who are ingame and listen to their music collection.
What music - when not ingame reminds you of Ryzom? This could be an event/part of the game that happened while listening to a song. Say u are on the way to work and you hear a song from your radio/Cd/MP3 player and your like "ahhh, this tune reminds me of when i first hit a level 100 in any skill in Ryzom" hehe
Bit of fun, draw you away from all the PvP and leaving threads *insert evil laugh*
For me.. two songs
1* -
Racoon, Love you more - Reason. this was playing the first time Drakfot and Tyilin met each other
2*
Circa survive, The great golden baby. - Reason, It was playing when i left my first Guild.
anyways thats it
Much love and peace
Tyilin

Well any ambient space reminds me of Ryzom but the whole CD Dj Tiesto In Search of Sunrise 4 does as well. I lvled a lot in the beginning with this music so it always reminds me of my fights, treks and flirting with female Trykers in Atys.

Out in the Fields by Gary Moore for OP/PR battles is a must
Death is just a heartbeat away...

I always listen to Yahoo launchcast while I play. It's music I like, which tends to be a combo of instrumental and lyrical. Moody piano instrumentals, trance and Celtic work astoundingly well with Ryzom, imho.

A problem with a massive musiccollection is that there is little really reminding me of SoR, as all is on an iPod that I have in my pocket all the time. I mean, it will not be like Sting with Nothing like the Sun did for the Amber series written by Roger Zelazny. These are linked...
About SoR, I know two. Big kitinbattles tend to go better when playing the music from the movie Pirates of the Carribean. No other way to know why then to try
Another one that popped up twice in a few days months ago when we were doing a really big fight with about everything available in Loria, during a trek iirc, was "Disarm" from Noir Desir. Dont listen to that music at 2am after 8 hours straight fighting, hunting, defending against invasions, PR patrols and whatnot.
nice thread btw

Cannot say only one song, but Darkmoor (band): Metal with twist of baroque
Reason:Makes me fly high like on those branches of Darkmoor with twist of haze and darkness.
Lot of other similar bands too, but that one is fav on SoR

We aren't the only guild to blast "Barbie Girl" over thier voice server during raids / OP battles to get the adrenaline pumping... are we?
So... mass combat is Aqua - Barbie Girl
crafting at the MC stables is:
99 bottles of beer.
You all know this one... admit it. 99 bottles of beer on the wall, take one down, pass it around, 98 bottles of beer on the wall. 98 Bottles of beer on the wall, take one down, pass it around, 97 bottles of beer on the wall.
Kinda repetitive.... but hey it's crafting... need something to keep pace with during all the action.
Then.... for fighting Tyrakoo.... "Mouth" by Bush. Just seems fitting.
