Jena is a KAMI!!

While posting and researching my arguments on this thread:
http://www.ryzom.com/forum/showthread.php?t=21336
I came across this page regarding the recent history of the Zorai:
http://www.ryzom.com/?page=lore_races_z ... aces_zorai
It clearly states:
Fung-Tun reinstates Jena as Kami Superior
Perhaps we homins should put aside our differences and investigate the true nature of both the Kami AND the Karavan. There is something to be learned about them that has been lost during the Great Swarming.
What is the truth they both hide?

It also states the Fung-Tun goes insane shortly after that. Don't know if those events are related.
How would we investigate such a thing? What course of action can we take in such an investigation that isn't just talk amongst ourselves?

Philu (I could use your playername, but if you're hiding, who am I to reveal it?) I believe you played during the 2nd open beta, or if not then you joined at release... The "original" gamelore states something along these lines:
To begin with, there was only the Karavan and Jena, no Kami... Every homin was a follower of Jena and the Karavan were her sacred disciples
At the great swarming, the Karavan either waited before helping, or could not help. At this point Jena allowed the Kami to reveal themselves to us, and they claimed to be "another group" of disciples from Jena. Both groups then attempted to help us against the kitin, but failed (and Elias opened the rainbows to save us).
After this the Kami and Karavan disputed each others' claims to being disciples of Jena and the "faction conflict" began...
Some time between Release and Patch 1 we began hearing tell of Ma-Duk being the supreme Kami and Jena being the "head Karavan"
This "old lore" is now of course considered heresy and non longer has any place among homins.

Here is to wishing our recent history to be written in the lore. The Outpost owners/battles and there outcomes should be on the Outpost signs, and all of the "major" happeneings and outcomes on each server should be written into the lore.
It would probably affect new players a lot to know the recent history.
BTW: "Jena as Kami Superior". I take that as meaning she is better than the Kami.
Noin.

yay! to that. now we have an outlet of lore ingame (the temples) and outposts giving history it would be fantastic if events were recorded for everyone to see.
do it! do it! do it! etc

There are other references to Jena as Supreme Kami so I doubt it's just Fung who was mad.
As for how to investigate it, read the first page of the Lore Story. It says:
Will they be able to find the right path to lead them to the lost secrets of their ancestors? Will they manage to save Atys from the scourge that blights the land? And who will decide the destiny of the planet?
Which suggests to me that it's supposed to be part of the game at some point.

Actually I played in the first open beta and FBT as well. So I may not be who you think I am.

(Send me a PM and I'll tell you if you're right.

Not strictly true, since the Kami are natives of Atys, they were here first.

You must be privy to some Lore that I have never read Spriteh because I've been here from the early days and I don't recall ever reading anything about Jena 'allowing' the Kami to reveal themselves. Besides which, they were already around at the time of the Great Swarming. Read these stories:
http://www.ryzom.com/?page=lore_story_s ... y_timeline
http://www.ryzom.com/?page=lore_story_s ... y_timeline
They definitely aren't new ones and reveal early appearances by Kamis, ones that predate the Kitin War.

The lore has changed. What I quoted was the orignal lore that was on atys.ryzom.com when I joined up; the rp reason behind the change in lore was given by someone from nevrax/jolt ages ago as something like "homins start off with one view of their history and rediscover things as time passes"
Edit: Since I'm unbelievably bored...
here's the Q&A

I just read that (Jena = Kami Superior) that Fung-Tun (erroniously -due to his maddness) beleived Jena to be a higher power than the Kami , seems very obvious to me that Jena and the Karavan had poisoned his mind with the Goo in order to win the Zorai over to their cause .Luckily for us they went too far and he went completely insane and was soon overthrown , order and the Kami were reinstated
