Please enter your CD Key in all CAPS.

If that doesn't work, please let me know and give me some details like: Where and when you bought the game. I'll see what I can do to help you. If the key is bad though, you may need to contact the retailer and get your copy exchanged.

You need to contact the retailer and tell them you were sold a copy with a bad CD Key.

That's all I can recommend as you didn't answer my other questions. Did you buy it in a store? Did you buy it online via Jolt? (If so, I have a contact email address you can use)
