What if Ryzom download was to my desktop?

My Ryzom download was made to my desktop. I thought the download program would be smart enough to make a Ryzom directory in C:/Program Files, and put the Ryzom files there, but it didn't.

Is it safe for me to create a directory:

C:/Program Files/Ryzom

and then drag all the *.dll, *.DLL, and any other file that looks Ryzom related, to C:/Program Files/Ryzom?

Will the Ryzom buttons on my desktop and off my start button still work normally?

Thanks,

yep, you can move it to new place safely.
it will still work.

you need to make new shortcuts for new location, but you probably knew that ;-)
