I've been looking around spell lists and didn't see a rez spell anywhere.
Which magic skill branch gets it and when?

Healing

You can use it from lvl 1 spell.

When you die you see a dark red line where your HP were, you basically have to heal that bar to 0 (counts backwards) to resurrect the person (you can see it in the team window as well)

so you keep healing until the dead body revives?

You have a time limit to be healed back to an awake state, before you are re-spawned automatically. I was initially told it was 1 hour real time, but it seems to be more like 2 minutes. It does mean that anyone with a hint of healing can help fallen comrades.

You do still have to have a comparable heal spell to your level. The "death meter" that you have to "heal" regenerates, and it regens faster the higher level the dead person is. Your healing must be enough enough to overcome that regen.
