Patcher stalls

Every rime i run ryzom it starts to patch gets to the same 129k file then stops data rate drops to zero and nothing happens. This is to say the least very annoying ive opend all the ports on my firewall and restarting the game cause it to redownload all the previous patcher files get to the 129k one then fail. I bought the game electronicly from file planet and have been unable to play the game now for a day.
