How can we NOT break the EULA? LOL!

Don't ask me why or how I noticed this, when I should have been rushing to get into the game and dig!
Item 20 of the End User License Agreement talks about precautions to be taken to avoid epilepsy - nothing to joke about.
What *IS* funny, is that it reads "Take breaks of ten to fifteen minutes in every hour's play."
I am not sure how that fits into the 2 hour long outpost battles - with no breaks allowed!
What may be even funnier is that it also states that "Nevrax reminds you that you should not play if you are tired or lacking sleep."
Do you think 20+ hours at once is OK? LMAO!

I think pretty much every electronic game recommends that. I've seen it in a lot of places.
Now, abiding by it is another story altogether...

Yeh, I do belive they do, but as I recal, its not considerd for potential violations of the EULA, until such time as "epilepsy" does occur.

while we're on the subject, how many people have actully read the E.U.L.A. completety?
I have only read about 30-40% of the rules, and that was after a year of game play.

Its abit like putting "not to be taken internally" on a bottle of bleach, its ass covering.
Should have a warning about not smoking during OP battles cos I keep burning my fingers, should I sue? I wasnt warned in the EULA.

It also ties in with the current Health and Safety regulations for offices, where you have to take screenbreaks and limit hours in front of a machine. Which I'm sure everyone does of course
