Just wanted to say hi, i just downloaded this game last night, and have been reading up on it all day. Seems like a very complex and indepth game, which is great. I chatted with a few people in the IRC room yesterday, and they all were very helpful! (Spriteh, Zerlin, Sengosha) All of them helped me with my questions and tech problems, and hopefully i will be playing tonight!

Ive also been reading up about skills and i watched Grandma's action building and harvesting tutorials. It's very overwhelming, but hopefully i can get the hang of it.

Yeah it seems very much different than most MMORPGs but you do get used to it.

I'm only new myself really, but I find if you had any experiance with the SWG crafting.. it makes it easyer to get a hang of that here same sort of thing for harvesting. Although not exactly the same.

Hehe, just take your time.. and don't get overwhelmed. Once you get the hang of editing your own skills/spells and start to understand crafting/harvesting, then your well on your way

Hehe ohh better stay away from Raven (my toon) hehe RP wise he hates non-Kami Trykers hahaha

Non-Kami Trykers? No idea what that is. I know the trykers are the little guys. I made a Zorai, but i dont know what kami is.

Kami are the resident bad guys... you will follow them or follow the goddess Jena if you choose to enjoy the full bounty of Atys

I thought it was Kami and Karavan or something were the gods?

The Karavan are the servants of the goddess, Jena. The Kami are the servants of the god Ma Duk. So, yeah basically. But the 2 gods are opposed. DT is (quite obviously) a Jena worshipper and therefore believes that the Kami's and their followers are evil.
