Hey, i finally have some free time so signed back up again =D

but have no idea what my game password is.......

I got a new one for the account managment on the website, can log into that then go to make another new ingame password...... i press validate and i get what was there when the page first came up.

I thought maby its working but taking some time, its been almost an hr now and im getting kinda annoyed and cant use any of the support servies because i dont have the bloody password.... it let me make a new password for on here though

Anyone know what im doing wrong, or any GM's that can give me a hand or tell me someone i can contact.

Im not too happy that im having to pay while i cant use it becuase or your website, but ill forgive and forget if its sorted soon

Have you tried sending in an email about it all? usually pretty good about gettin back to you about that kind of stuff.

Also try gettin on klients and talking to one of the GMs "face-to-face"
EDIT: realized you need a pass to get on klients, just don't know if its the in-game one or the forums one

Well after 100000 attempts i found out my old one, but would still like to change it.

I would have sent an email but the only one on the site is to complain about customer support and says you wont get replys from it. everything else needs the password :/

They need to make a page or msg on the validation screen saying if it worked or not.....

Hi,

there is an eMail support link under the support section on the Saga of Ryzom main home page. That should enable you to mail in any issue you have with the account management.

Or just try to open a ticket in game, since you recovered you password now
