Ryzom

Just thought I'd say hello. I've deciced to give SoR another shot after a year away.

I was inspired to have another go after re-reading the superb lore about Atys. SoR has to be the most imaginative MMORPGs out there. I'm a sucker for a beautiful looking game as well and Ryzom ain't no slouch in the graphics department either.

Looking forward to taking the plunge when I've patched and getting used to the game again.

I'm a bit of an RP nut so I'll be looking for a good RP guild to hook up with. If any of you guys play WoW on Argent Dawn you might have heard of a gnome called Dwoozle ;-D

It depends a bit on what and who you are.

Samsara: True Neutral mercenairies.
Red Ribbon Army: True neutral shady people, ask them yourself
Evolution (that's us): Individuals who seek their ways all the time, no real alignment, Karavan/Tryker in name, each member decides for themselves.

There must be some others, why not check out the Guildforum?

I'm thinking of a Tryker with some pretty bog-standard beliefs about freedom, equality and sharing etc. Thanks for the 3 guilds listed though.

I'll give the guild recruitment thread a good read once I've created the character.

The shady people are a Tryker federal guild. What good would shady people' s organisations be if they can' t meddle with politics?

From the sound of this you might fit in well with the Evolution freedom fools. Visit the guildsite in my sig below or chat with Snake, Drakfot, me or any other Evo member in game.

I highly recommend Evolution. They're a fantastic bunch.

Although we're not picky on race either. Alot comes down to what alignment you choose as we are neutral/neutral.

Been a bit busy at work this week, hopefully I'll be able to play some this weekend and get in touch with some of the guilds suggested.
