Farewell from Lawrence

Hi everyone,
those of you who have been following the news and announcements over the past few months, already know that Nevrax has been in the process of applying a few necessary changes to their internal team structure, due to the on-going economic issues and that as a result some of us, including myself, will be leaving.
I couldn't leave however, without first thanking you guys for a wonderful time and the priviledge of being able to work with this fantastic, passionate and unique community for almost two years.
Actually it has been a little bit longer than that, since I've already been following the game closely, when it was still in early development stages and managed by my previous employer Wanadoo France. Much has changed since that time, both the game and its community have come to life and Ryzom evolved into a truly unique game that, despite all difficulties, still made its way and still keeps on moving forward.
Having to give up something you've been involved with for a long time and something you love, isn't easy of course, but having experienced so many wonderful moments with you during the last few years and having made many new friends along the way, I'm not leaving empty-handed.
Thanks again to all of you, to the folks over at Nevrax, my colleagues here at Jolt, and especially to our wonderful group of volunteers, who have contributed more to the game than any of us could possibly imagine.
To each of you my very best regards and best wishes for happiness in the new year!
Respectfully submitted,
Lawrence
