Fame Questions

ok, with the advent of the new fame changes, our guild fame has suddenly become important... so, how is the guild fame calculated?
My understanding was that previously it was a weighted composite of the personal fame of the members (weighted so the higher ranks have more effect than the plain vanilla members).
Has this changed? If so, how? Is guild fame purely generated through missions done/fame earned while a member of the guild?
Anyway, however it is calculated, a bit of clarification would be most welcome.
(Sorry if this has been psoted somewhere else and I missed it, but even if it did, it needs a bump so everyone knows

)

it was derived from the pre-patch guild fame and is now a constant for the guild that only get's changed when guild members perform actions that affect their fame.

Guild fame is based on the actions of the members while in the guild. Officers have higher effects than members and the guild leader has the highest effect. I doubt that this has changed.
It seems, but it's hard to test, that the effect is based on how many personal fame points are gained. E.g. if your guild leader already has 100 cult fame, his actions won't have any additional effect on guild fame.

It's very hard to test the additional effect of leader/ho, i dont think its that big a difference - we have a very active member fame wise who raised guild fame a lot on his own so its useful for everyone to do.
I have a feeling that the number of members makes a difference so if u have a guild of 40 and only one or 2 doing fame its gonna be hard to raise quickly. again hard to test but might be worth cleaning up guild rostas a bit
one thing i am sure about though is the kill bandit fame missions raise fame a lot quicker than any other type (and very grateful quicker than grateful or dapper reward obviously)

The guild fame was never a "constantly calculated" value... only the change to the members' fame while they were in the guild had any effect (ie its not a sum of their fame that makes the guild fame, its how much they change their fame while in the guild)
