Question: When I log into the game, I come to the "End User Licence Agreement" screen. Once I click on "I accept", I get an "Error this shard is closed". Does this mean that the game connection cannot connect to the server?

Today is big patch day..till 6 pm (gmt+1) servers will be closed due to implementing most wanted adds in game

I advice to read lore section at main game site, and make up ur mind rightly to become Karavan follower

it's being patched, check the feedback forum or the news

guessing this is because of patching going on today, outposts need time to be implemented so the server is down, http://ryzom.com/ shows downtime and whats going to happen
