I signed for 7 day trial. Downloaded the game over-night. Went to work and came home to install to only find that the the file had some corrupted parts and needs to be downloaded again... Is this game worth downloading again to have like... 4 or so days left of the trial to get used to it?

Ryzom can sometimes be LAME to download, I've lost count how many times I've told them to sort it, but yes, it's deffo worth the wait.

d/l'ing the bittorrent one now. first one that was corrupt was straight from the site no programs..

mine worked fine.. downloaded it straight from the site

idk torrents always screw up my computer one way or another.. either if kept on too long, they prevent my interent from running for an unknown length of time.. or they restart my computer every 10-20 %... any ideas?

but yea - the game is def worth the wait. looking forward to seeing a new homin in-game!

Anyone that has downloaded the torrent and still has it on your PC could you maybe seed it so that my d/l goes faster? Just wondering heh.

When I installed Ryzom it said it was corrupt, but it worked fine.

Finally finished d/l'ing on BT. See you all in-game tomorrow. Gonna leave it up patching over-nite then got work ;/ damn RL

Just to say that not everyone had a bad experience... i was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get the full 600k/sec from their site that im capable of, but the only time i ever downloaded the client was sometime in april

direct download was alot faster for me
