Ryzom

Whats with it? is it really going to be only 8 years? Why did the old loading screen have the number one at the bottom right corner? is daisy chaining fun?

FIRST setting.. either
1) a karavan drunk officer blunders into the 'self destruct' button and we need to find a nwe home ..

2) the kami get really angry that we keep digging up their home.. so they blow it and us up with it (squeaky little voices "if we cant have it no one can!")

3) we SMART homins group together and hijack a flying citadel from mistress jena, and leave ma-duk and jena BOTH to their screamign of "my temple is better!"

4) the great dragon finaly busts out and accidently breaks the planet in half *oops* and we make him fly us to a new one.. then battle him after (or make a new friend/diety/slavemaster)

or 5) Our good friends at Nevrax decide not to leave Atys and instead have us venture deeper into it.. almsot changing it completly.. (that way NO ONE can complain about the clouds )

so yea, i think we could do that in 8 years.. its been what.. 1 and a half now? less? so yea.. i'll be here through it all see ya guies in game!

In the early days or Ryzom, DCC had stated that he had an 8 year storyline planned out for Ryzom. I couldn't find it on the main Ryzom site at this point but I found an interview with DCC here where he mentions the 8 year thing.

hmm, according to the interview ryzom will not end in 8 years, he only says that he already has an amount of plans ready, which should be enough to fill 8 years.

Yeah, at the pace they're going, those plans would only need to be about 1 page

Ooh, I know! The 8 year plan is what's written on the box!
