My main char can see/buy :-

q250 LA Pants (ok np here 250 Forage/Craft )
q250 Generic Materials (my lowest craft is 151 -id like to use the lower lvls too)
q250 Shields (if lvl restrictions worked he couldnt use these -highest fight = 112)
q50/100/150/200/250 Picks (my lowest Forage branch is 220)
q250 Elevation Crystal (these only fit with my highest forage n craft lvls -id need lower for combat branchs or my 151 crafts but cant get them)

Same Temple (Zora Kami) but on a freshly made (1/1/1/1) Alt I see :-

q50/100/150/200/250 LA Pants (none of which I could equip ofc (shown Red))
q50/100/150/200/250 Generic Materials
q50/100/150/200/250 Shields
q50/100/150/200/250 Picks (none of which I could equip ofc (shown Red))
q50/100/150/200/250 Elevation Crystals

Summary :-

My Alt had no Honour Points to test out if he could actualy buy the unequipable items

LA Pants : np unless ofc you can buy equip you cant use (buyer beware?)
Generic Materials : Why restrict the lower q's ? + a waste for a low lvl to buy highq's (buyer beware?)
Shields : Should have lvl restrictions and be available based on Melee lvl not highest skill as it appears atm
Picks : np unless ofc you can buy equip you cant use (buyer beware?)
Elevation Crystals : Why restrict the lower q's ? + a waste for a low lvl to buy highq's ? (buyer beware?)

I had this problem too. Reset your quality filter at one of the vendors to fix it.

EDIT:- Yup that was it , strange how the Picks dont get filtered tho

Note to Nevrax :- please include a filter option on any menus that are effected by them

It was annoying. MOTD tells you to reset your options. I did but having been ages from the original settings I forgot you could set them bottom to zero. I had them set to 1 and couldnt see them until set them to zero. Since there is no "RESET" MOTD should be more informative. It should say make sure your filters are 1-5 (basic to supreme); 0-300 (problably 0-250 works), and 0-xxxxxxx price. Wasted time trying to figure it out and my annoyance was only magnified that I had to run back to vendors then back to temples trying to figure it out.
