Character Creation Screen

I just downloaded the free trial and installed it....when I get to the character creation screen I cant do anything cause it is windowed instead of full screen like most mmo are and i tried everything to get it fullscreen...all i can do is select a character box that i cant totally see because it wont all fit on the screen
