The Order of the Dragonblades is based in Yrkanis, but welcomes members of all races and creeds. The Order emphasizes role-playing, but not exclusively. The Order encourages skill with the blade, but also welcomes those skilled in healing, foraging, and crafting. Those who pass certain Tests are given increases in Rank and with these Dragonblades of increasing power. There are weekly events, including Dragonblades' Day Out on Sundays, Day for the Blade on Tuesdays (with a strong emphasis on training new members), and various events on Saturdays or other times. Events include melee tournaments, treks, missions, and other role-playing oriented events. There are often Quests in which members can earn Tokens of Bravery, which are required to advance to the higher Ranks. Members are given jewels to welcome them to the Order as well as other basic equipment as needed.
