Any chance of a refund?

As I have been asked directly by a player, DoubleTap, to not play this game anymore. Is it possible to obtain a refund on subs paid in advance?
I think I have 2 full months remaining, but would accept 1 month.
A response on this would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Ian

As stated in section 6 (SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING) of the EULA:
EULA wrote:The subscription fee and any renewals are paid in advance and are not refundable.
PS. Love the new sig and sorry to see you go Neun *hug*
Oh, and once again, this is obviously not an official response, and I'm just trying to be helpful by pointing out something that is publically viewable

Who needs CSRs, Admin, etc when Spriteh is about.
As this company picks and chooses how things are done, based on mood and emotion, I was hoping after being driven out by a nasty personal attack by a spiteful player they may have made an exception, however as I know that you know all, I guess I was wrong.

I am going to break my self imposed embargo on posting on these forums on this one occasion because it is such a sad one.
As I've said before Neun I think that you leaving is a major loss both to the game and this community. You're the kind of player this game can't afford to lose. It is sad that a certain person's unwarranted personal attack has put the final nail in earlier than January.
The other night, I was digging and watched a Varynx kill a Timari. I noticed that after the kill it cirlced away and then came back as if showing off then coming back to 'quarter'. Only after it circled back did the Tim's body disappear. I watched a few more and they all did the same. It reminded me of that post you made about just sitting and watching the flora and fauna. All that knowledge about the beauty of Atys and the habits of its creatures is now lost.
Luck with your future travels. May you find the game you seek. Maybe one day you could forgive this community its failures (and Nevrax) and Neun will walk Atys once more. That would be a joyous day.
