Its a nice interview with some cool stuff, surprised there wasnt a link on the ryzom homepage yet :)

No landscape shapeing abillities... aaaaw....
That was what intrigued me the most about R2.... :(
Okay, I understand that it would be a pretty BIG expansion with a full list of Maps to create, but what´s the use in offering everyone the same Maps over and over?
Well, different "adventures" in the same lokation... That rathers quickens the bore factor for me...
Aw, well ... let´s not be unfair and hope for a "gardeners tool" someday later.

Ah and btw.... February???????
I hate it when they do that... :(

What was all that crap about responding to the players in her interview. There was also the bit about long established plans being changed. Nah! Must be another game she was talking about.

dont worry. first release will let you use pre-made landscape, but the tool evolution include a map modeling part. Of course, the release schedule is the... *cough*, usual worrying part :)
