Nevrax, i politely ask you to turn all suspensions into warnings now.
Add some information about warnings to the forum rules. Like:

The reasons for a warning are: yada yada foobar
3 warning = 1 week suspension
3 suspensions = ban or cancelation of the sub by the company

Another hint is that there is forum software that does support warnings.

Like it is now it has the taste of disposal. And it didnt change a thing. No, it got even more worse. Xavier has been insulted personally just to show disrespect for the producing company as whole. My sympathy on this Xavier.

Unless someone has a background of flames or troll posts, we still give a warning. However, the thread 'Flames and trolls' was considered as a warning in itself.
