Help!!!!!

OK I just purchased Ryzom at gamestop and figured eh... what the hell I'll check it out, looks cool. Well I install the game and my system locks up on the screen that says "registering software". So I download that chat messenger thing (pretty much just irc) for tech support and it goes into a loop that says "Invalid logon, please choose another one" and it does this over and over and won't stop nomatter what I type into the window. I then quit the chat messenger and restart it and it's still doing this crap... I just signed up for an account and my month of free time is ticking away here and I can't even install the game! Any help would be greatly apopreciated! Oh and it doesn't install fully either... So I can't even run the program. Just locks the machine and I goptta hit reset...

ah i see you have done what i suggested in my post to you in the thread under newcomer welcome board. For info on how to solve the klients problem i have posted it on your other thread :)

It sounds like something is blocking the registry update.

Update your firewall with the appropriate port exceptions.
Scan your system for viruses and spyware to make sure things are clean.
After that make sure to disable antivirus/anti-spyware.
Then try installing again.

After you have patched make sure to enable you antivirus.

If you are still having issues please send the client.log and log.log files to support-ee@ryzom.com and we will have a look.
