OK I just purchased Ryzom at gamestop and figured eh... what the hell I'll check it out, looks cool. Well I install the game and I my system locks up on the screen that says "registering software". So I downl9oad that chat messenger thing for tech support and it goes into a loop that says "Invalid logon, please choose another one" and it does this over and over and won't stop nomatter what I type into the window. I then quit the chat messenger and restart it and it's still doing this crap... I just signed up for an account and my month of dfree time is ticking away here and I can't even install the game! Any help would be greatly apopreciated!

If this was yesterday (8th) there was a problem on all passwords. The problem has been cleared.

I had the same problem logging onto the game yesterday and in Klients; I have been playing for 5 months and this is the first time it happened.

..and the game is great. A refreshing new approach and lots of fun.

ok...

With regards to klients you need to use your login name and login password. For you it will be Shalon, and use the password you used to log onto this forum.

If you did this wrong the very 1st time you opened klients it will remember this and basically you will need to delete klients and unpack it again. (I did this wrong the 1st time, now i wish that i didnt use my 1st and middle name as a username because i wanted a cool name to use in klients)

This accounts for you being unable to try out a new password by closing the application and opening it again.

As for the original problem I think Zerlin is the best person to answer this. Try posting rthis thread again in technical support if it doesnt get answered today!
