Technical - Database Issue Resolved, Nov 7th

FYI - A database problem that occured earlier this evening and resulted in temporary account profile & login access downtimes, has now been resolved. The details:

At about 6:15pm today (Paris time, GMT+1), we closed access to the game and account profile page for approximately 30 minutes. This operation was needed to be able to recover everyone's stored profile and account passwords, which were unintentionally reset by one of our technicians during routine maintenance. This is known as 'human error', .
As part of recovering stored passwords on the server, all passwords of new accounts created after 6am today (Paris time, GMT+1) were changed. We will contact all the affected new players. At no time was the password of any player accessible by anyone other than authorized Nevrax personnel.
Players within the game at the time of the database closure were not affected and the shards are now reopened to allow additional players to log in. The profile page will reopen shortly.
