help, i cant run the game for some reason

when i try and start game i get an error msg saying "cannont create a window display (1024x768 32bit)" that is what my display settings are at though. i dont get it, please help

Chances are that you have an onboard video chip not capable of running Ryzom. If your video adapter is
Intel or
SiS you will not be able to run the game client as those video system do not have the power or functionality needed. If that is the case, then you will need to install an AGP video card if your system has the necessary expansion slot.
