Better give them some protection.
They're going into the lion's den trying to speak there.

Disagree.
They are going to the place most likely to find an ear to their words, even if it is the home of the most fearless of homin.

I am betting you are all dissapointed by now, huh?
"help the loosing side"...indeed.
Seriously...was any thought put into this at all?
Your side is determined by your fame.
Fame points do not change that quickly.
If the Kami are winning, and the "Treehuggers for Tryton" have + kami fame, they can't very well go help the karavan, can they?
Added to the fact that helping either side is not a neutral action.
Fighting against boths sides might be....
...or maybe it allies you with the kitin.

I've seen so much disgusting Kitin pulling that it seems like plenty of Kitins have infiltrated the ranks of Kami and Karavan faithful to kill Homins.
Maybe it is all a plot of the Kitins! They've created merciless beasts that look like homins but lack the maturity and wisdom of them. They lead them into battle against each other to destroy not only the homins... but to make the Kami and Karavan destroy each other.
All that will be left is Tryton, the Goo, and the Kitins.
Grrrr.....

Liberty!
My fine Homins,
Homins, I bring you words from Elias Tryton, who asks for your understanding of the dfficult message I bring to you. Elias wants you to know that you are free Homins and that only you, yourself, can truly decide what you will do in the future of our home here upon Atys.
Here is the message entrusted to me by Elias;
My friends and free Homins everywhere, the pronouncements of the Karavan and of the Kami followers must be taken as a warning to you all! What they have asked of all of you is only a continuing of their battle amongst themselves and now they want you to shed your blood in their HOLY cause. Can you believe that? I certainly cannot!
Think back my friends, was it not the Karavan that launched the bloodthirsty battle of the Prime Roots in their search to destroy my innocent messengers speaking here who only wanted to learn of the status of your guilds? Only the bravery and might of the followers of the Kami and their Marshal Avelor saved them. For this I thank the Kami Homins
.
But
. I fear that even this act of Homanity was nothing more than another example of the Kamis age-old battle against the Karavan! These two factions that seemingly run our lives upon this planet we call Atys are now calling on you to slave away for them and to build what they call, in their flowery verse and fine words, Temples to them
think carefully upon this, Temples, Temples to worship them. Worship the Karavan? Karavan that use technology?
That use science and care not how they deplete the living planet of Atys? I think that you all are more intelligent than that to consider a masked unknown a GOD!
We all can see that they are not Gods, they intend to enslave you for their own purposes, they task you with harvesting materials for building these Temples and offer you Rewards, unspecified rewards mind you, rewards that you may never see
.. or rewards that will bind you farther into their clutches. For once technology is given and then used, you will find yourselves dependent upon that very technology for the rest of your lives and the threat of it being removed will keep you enslaved. In your desire to consume, this is what the Karavan will Reward you with, - dependency, which will eventually become like a drug to their followers. Think well upon that my dear friends.
Now I must also mention the Kami and their insistence upon you also to build up a Sanctuary for them. What have the Kami really done for you? Offered teleports?
. Exactly as the Karavan have done, where is the difference between those factions in that act? Have you been Harvesting and found yourselves attacked by a Kami? I think you have, I think you have. Trust me when I tell you that this is just another example of the Kamis lust for the materials that are sleeping under the blanket of the Atys soil. They seek these for themselves, as the Karavan lust for them also. Hiding behind their cute furry bodies they have lulled you into a false security,
I ask you this question
.. have you seen the Kami Guards? Have you? These guards are bred for much more than meets the eye, just looking at them will tell you the truth of what I speak, no less than them desiring that you do the dirty work and die for their cause. In the end the Kami may be an even worse threat to you than the Karavan who after all only wield the tools of science, wheras the Kami may hold the key to harm your very souls. That is why I would like for you all to think clearly and deeply about the construction of these monuments.
Consider this, if you love your freedom and are true Homins, think about this
.. While the Kami and Karavan remain equal they will fight and kill each other but if one or the other begins to pull ahead of the other in the building of the Temples, then we all run the risk of coming under the domination of the winning faction. What I wish to suggest is that you all band together and join the side that seems to be losing the race, as we all know these constructions are blights upon the face of Atys; so it seems that we must strive to ensure that neither one side nor the other triumphs. I would weaken the winners so much that they will never be able to press their will upon us.
What we have to consider here is that the enemy of my enemy can be my friend at least while and for as long as it suits us. Peaceful resistance is what I would ideally wish to see, as I myself detest violence, but in our coming resistance, many of you may have to walk the path of armed struggle. It is an unfortunate fact that sometimes the path to peace can be paved in blood.
My dear friends. I implore you to think long and hard about my words to you this day. Remember always this my friends, you all are truly free Homins and only each and every one of you can choose his or hers own path in the days to come. Speak softly about this to each other, you will be in danger for your beliefs on this subject, trusting strangers will be difficult to do, may I suggest that when you meet others you greet them with Liberty! and answer those words in turn when greeted, thus you will know who your friends are.
This is of course a shortened version of our avowed roles in the future conflict
Liberty!! Free Homanity forever!!

Right now I'm thinking this: all that wood and resin and sap in those temple construction sites...
Anyone got a bottle, some highly flammable resin, a rag of cloth and a fire spell?
