That effect was for high level heals but not higher than 150 and thus not celestial guardian. However I found out as did others....that if you put enough credits into the heals you have it just looked at total credits used to see if you were powerful enough for that animation. Used to annoy the real high level healers with my fake healer wings (cough cough anissa :p )

Why can't they give the 'wingy-thing' a dragon or a pegasus head? I don't see any religous problems there, plus we get the coolness again!

The Nevrax office would burn down to hell if they would play around with angelic symbols :p Still pondering how they survive there. French cuisine does use garlic a lot...

It is the frogs and snails. And the gallons of wine each lunch.

If they were german, it would be sauerkraut und wurst.
If they were dutch, something with cheese and raw herring.
If they were british, it would have been the Roley-Poley and the tea.
If they were Italian, the pizza.
Spanish? Defo something with bulls and red peppers.
Belgium? Fries and chocolate!
Scandinavian? Snow and Sauna!
Eastern Europe? Long lines and two-stroke cars!
Asian? Lice ... ehm .. rice... Solly, that was bad taste.
Australian? Beer an roo's!

I will stop now, all my other idea's might get the post deleted :P

Xavier already answered this question in this Q&A.

Here's his answer:
Xavier wrote:Not in the near to middle term. As previously said, while there are many features we would like to see in game, we have to stay focused. We can only do so much at one time, so we’re trying to remain focused right now on the major promises we have made in the past, such as the outposts.
As we get some of these features and content finished, we’ll pick up the list and start working on others.

This is even same goes, for example, for small features requests such as getting back the wing GFX : we would love to have it back in game too, and it wouldn't be *that* long to implement, but it would take a coder away from Outposts or PvP. Another example: an easier way to determine source content would be helpful to harvesters; and again, some of the propositions wouldn't be that long to code, all things being equal.

However, once you have added the respective development, testing, debugging and retesting time of, you end up with a need for a significant amount of time and resources for even a relatively small feature. I’m not saying we won’t ever do it, but we’ll always weigh such things against whether they will delay outposts and other content.

What he fails to mention is that they spent time making the new graphics which uhhhh suckkkkkkk and nobody wanted anyways. :p
