This just in from Nevrax:

Why do we care? Well, a lot of the developers and testers use public transportation to come to the office. We are currently very busy on preparing Thursday's patch, and we are still unsure of the consequences this will have on our schedule. As we don't patch on Fridays, it could cause the patch to slip until next week - more as we know.

Please note that this won't affect the in-game CSR support, as most of the CS team is working from home or in other countries

Episode 2: This one is right on track, but we’ve decided to split this into two patches, one on Thursday, September 29 and one a week later, on Thursday, October 6th. There is a good reason for this, but I don’t want to tell you what it is, as it might give away some of the content pieces. There are various pieces will come online in-game automatically and some of the pieces will be started up progressively in-game by the Event team, beginning as part of live events.

If its anything like London its not usually worth the trouble to even have a car.
