Production : "Now In Test" Section Updated

We've updated the Now In Test section of the website with a few additional items. They are mainly additional bug fixes or descriptions, but we have also included a change allowing you to take screenshots without the interface (as promised), the racial animations temporary switch description and a feature allowing Faction PvP players to get an idea of the other player's level before entering combat.

Just a point of clarification...is that *any* skill or *combat* skill? So in my case, I'd be a "5 star purple" harvester but only a "2 star purple" elementalist or a "3 star purple" healer?

Yeah, makes you wonder... does it default and show 5 star (tho in harvest), the skill you are currently equipt for or one you select as default (making it deceptive like titles).

Besides the question about levels already mentioned.
I'm also concerned that showing levels will increase ganking. In every PvP MMO I've played the factor of being able to see an opponent's level only increases ganking because Gankers like to pick a fight that isn't a challenge. Real gankers become emboldened when they see an opponent who can't put up much of a fight. So I think such a feature needs to be introduced very carefully.
Which if PvP becomes rewarded and fundamental to Ryzom it will be exactly the type of behavior to drive people away.

With the patch just a few days away and a negative backlash against the idea of showing levels for pvp spread out in the forums.
I really think this should be pushed back a patch so that it can be properly tested and get a chance for player reaction to it.
or at least be prepared to take it off life very quickly if it goes bad.
