Dont know what to say, but once again I am having problems fulling loading into your game. I am unable to diconnect from my router as a final solution. But as indicated this morning, I WAS able to login after reconnecting to my router.

Since you have many customers complaining about this issue, you should work to resolve it in either your network/code, as you are losing potential customers before they ever truly get a chance to experiance your game.

I AM able to connect to the internet, World of Warcraft,and City of Heros. Obviously this is not a problem on my end, as these companies were able to provide service to my PC/network.

Sorry to tell ya, but I sincerely think that the problem is on your side nonetheless...

SoR relies on the UDP protocol, with which a whole load of routers out there do have a problem, especially WLAN routers...
To simply confirm, you might try the following: load the support chat (found here, including solutions to possible login problems), log on to it an keep it running in the background, then log on to Atys. It should work way better now, if it is a matter of losing your UDP packets. And don't worry, it really doesn't suck any real performance...
You should also consider checking your router and firewall config to make sure it doesn't block any UDP, maybe even setup direct passthru for UDP on port 40916 (I think it was...).
