Suggestion for solving auction problems

An idea to solve problems where the buyer wont pay for an
auction, would be to have nevrax / gms come up with
rules for auctions and post them here. Then if a person
agrees to these rules, he or she posts a message under
that thread saying "I agree". If a person has agreed to
these rules the gms should have the right to transfer the
money from the person winning the auction to the one
who offered the item. If the person who wanted to buy the
object does not have enough cash, he / she ends up with a
negative amount of dappers. As a person has to post
under the agreement, no one is forced to follow the rules.
But the seller could choose to not accept bids from those
who have not agreed.
Now the current rules on what gms are allowed to do
probaly does not support this, but if the community likes
the idea, it is possible that this could change.

A good idea yet it has a massive flaw...
This crosses the "you cannot trade with the CSR team" rule. It kinda protects them from opportunistic people who will try to say "i only wanted to pay 10 million and 30 million got deducted, as well as all my light armour, amps and jewels".
If they dont trade this doesnt happen.

Hava to agree with Alibooma on this one.
Having the CSR/Nevrax pulled into a player run area can get ugly, as you start to difuse the line between CSR helping the players play the game versus homins acquiring wealth (of some form or another).
And to be honest, if homins can't get auctions to work, they are doomed to failures elsewhere.
I would like to point to threads which started the downward spiral, but that isn't very helpful.
Instead try to come up with a working solution which only includes the homins, or at least only the players.

Lets not all forget that magik1 here is guilty of messing up the auctions as well. He bid 100 million on an acution of mine and then withdrew. People in glass houses should not throw stones

There is a simple... player enforcable solution to this problem.
Post a thread with people who have won auctions and turned down the winnings...
and for all further auctions post a link to this thread saying "the following people need not bid on this auction."
This doesn't discourage new people from screwing you over.... but it will stop the same people from doing it again.
So the list would be Audrey and (according to Sin.... don't know the thread itself though) Magick1
My 2 cents,

My 2 cents,
I agree on this idea..we may call it
"INFAMOUS AUCTION BIDDERS" and all should know to check this list first.
And we suppose to have best community at whole MMOs universe..lets don't screw it mates.....

Please stop your
character assassination on me. It was one (1) auction which went sour, and obviously we don't see eye to eye on this matter.
I try to be civil, but your constant harasment is becomming annoying.

Ah, I could. Better withdrawn my test offer, so someone who can use it, gets it as well.
