Im starting to get disconnected from ryzom servs again..(nothing wrong with my internet)..It aint that fun running around down in PR traveling to forage places..and just passing a tyrancha and see the title Network problem...
And got disconnected.. it has been good for several months now..but after the recent patch it´s here again..not as heavy as it was mars-april..(when i closes my account due to the unplayable lagg/disconnections)
I hope this is something Nevrax planned to do..or ......

Logging back in now..(really hope that tyrancha had mercy on me)

We are currently not aware of any network or connectivity issues at our end redhouse. If the problem persists, what you can do is contacting our customer service (preferrably by email in this case, because it may be necessary to exchange files) and provide them with as much information as possible:

- 1-3 Traceroutes to Arispotle from different times of the day - in case that's where you play. (IP Address: 213.208.119.98);
- Your two Ryzom configuration files (located in your Ryzom folder);
- Your DxDiag file (diagnosis file created by the DirectX setup tool)

Our CSR's will be happy to give you further information and try to sort the issue out with you.

You can also have a look at the relevant FAQ's here in this forum. It could always be problematic firewall settings or drivers.

Talked to several ppl and they got disconnected at the same time as me..hopefully my network doesnt crash ppl from U.S

my suggestion: get pingplotter.com and check if you get packet loss on ldn-bb2-pos7-2-0.telia.net
also note that this might be related to the floods in south germany IF your route runs through there

Hey mate, where abouts do you live may I ask?
I live in SE England and got a crazy ping rate just before midnight Wed (24th). I've had this a few times now but doesn't normally last long enough for me to do a trace.

I just purchased the game, uh, yesterday. I played for a few hours last night, and a handfull this morning. I'd say about every 10 to 15 minutes I get disconnected. I'm playing on the English server, and I am behind a router, but that shouldn't really be a problem. I know there are tons of packet tracking, and pinging programs, but I'm not going to spend quite that much time just trying to get the game to work. Anyways, I was basically just bumping this thread, seeing if anyone else is having the same problem.
