just activated my account and am downloading the game, iv read a bit of the history of Atys and am quite impressed. Iv played MMORPG's such as Neverwinter Nights, Star Wars Galaxies, R.Y.L., The Matrix Online (which was really bad IMO), and am a fan of the old stand alone Ultima games but never played it online. I hope to get to know many of the people in Atys and make some new memories in game. I love to help people out as much as possible even if im new in a game.

Don't forget that we'll all be waiting for you on the mainlands, so the starter islands might feel a little empty. As soon as you think you've mastered the game mechanics, come and join us, we'll be waiting for you .

Yup, don´t make the mistake to consider the Starter Isles the whole Game. It sadly happenes sometimes. Come on over as soon as you can and join the "true" lliving Planet and Story of Atys.

Yeah, good to see you around. And ignore the Fyros fathead, he muscles kinda rebelled against his brain and had it executed. Something about Stingarum I think?

Welcome to Atys and all it has to offer.

Many ask what level they should leave starter island at, and my most common response to them is "when you feel secure of how the game works".

It might take longer for some, but as soon as you hit mainland, the mobs are a bit tougher than the hardest ones on refugeee island (some leave when they are somewhere between level 20 and 30 in any skill).

I hope you enjoy your stay (I have for more than a year now ).
