A few questions about rites & teaming.

When rites were introduced I had taken a few months out to get bored by some other MMOs. Consequently, my CO/MCO guildies had started/completed/didn't want to do the rites.
What I would like to know is what effect they have if you do all the rites and how does that effect fame?
If I wanted to put a team together, what other skills would the team need to do all Kami rites? My skills: craft jewels, shields, guns above q100 & in both Matis & Fyros. Also q60 in knives. Forage: q200 desert & q150 forest. Mage: lvl130 heal, ele 90ish. Melee: lvl 100+ in 2h.
Last question, would any others like to join in a team that concentrates on completing the rites over the next couple of weeks? I am Kami and available most nights from 20:00 uk bst till 02:00. Pub permitting.
