Trykers have hit a wall, maybe more serious than you'd think..

I have a question for the devs in regards to the lack of nodes greater than q50 in Tryker land. We're fast getting stuck progression-wise, with no way out.

Our foragers can't level. Our crafters have limited supplies with which to try to level, and can make bad gear at best with them. Our fight-related classes are hitting walls due to the lack of any gear better than foraged q50.

We have no way of getting any of the q200+ mats in our borderlands, nor in the prime roots, having no gear and being unable to level beyond a point.

All we need is sources in the proper areas upgraded to 100q and 150q as they should be.

My question is -- would you guys (the devs) treat this as a high priority issue, as issues related to people getting into the game to be able to play? We literally can't progress. I'm stuck, unable to play on, I've paid for the game and am paying for a subscription...

Heh, Aelvana. Ya might have wanted to check my thread out which covers exactly this. I totally agree with you on all points, and I think you may find that many others do as well. GM Amitlu posted on my thread that they are "ironing" this issue out. Same story, different line, same ole same ole. I wouldn't expect this issue to be resolved anytime soon as it's been the same lines since beta, as I believe you well know! My guild is currently attempting to establish a trade route with our allies in the Witherings, but as of yet been unsuccessful. I'm fairly certain you are with Stormhaven, and as such would be interested an attempting to get a game plan set for attempting to get through Bounty Beaches. Mayhap with the right strategy, and a very large group of people, we can break through, or maybe in about a weeks time when we are lvl 150 in q50 gear we'll be able to hold our own and kill all that stands in our way. I sincerely doubt the latter though.

It also seems extremely difficult to find choice materials (i.e. Resin in front of Windemeer).

Hrm. I haven't found this to be the case. I know of about 20 spots just on the Liberty Lake coast that serve Choice Mats between Fairhaven and Windermeer. Going to other areas and going inland a bit, I'm sure there are even more. Now, I haven't found anything higher than choice, but choice most certainly isn't a problem.

I have no problems finding choice either. The problem is that all the mats are bunched together in several areas in tryk land and the rest of the land is baren of anything but mission items. There is so much water that there really isn't alot of places to put it.
