Deleted Char

Is there anyway to retrieve a deleted char. Like an idiot I accidentally deleted my main char. I went to click on another unsued char, it did not click over and I never noticed it as well as being distracted at the time.

I am hoping there is as I put a lot of work into it and bulk at the thought of starting from scratch.

As long as you haven't made a new character in the same slot I believe it is possible to get it retrieved, but don't quote me on it :)

Best bet would be to send in an outgame ticket, or come onto klients and seek out a GM there :)

If its possible, they'll definately need to know which slot it was in when you deleted it (remeber, no chance if you made a new one over the top :( ) and your login name too ;)

Email support-ee@ryzom.com with your login name and the name and slot number of your deleted char (top=0, bottom=4) and they will look into restoring it. If it gets restored you may find that you have lost items and XP as it would have to be taken from a backup.

Thanks for the answers. I sent my details off using outgame ticket, and thankfully they were able to sort it out, I now have my main back.

Thanks to the people who helped me remedy my moment of dumbness.
