Given the diversity of available stanza's for foraging I thought it would be interesting and possibly quite informative for some to see who uses what stanza's and how many mats per pull they get.

I'll start: I use a 2 stage dig. Using lvl250 skill and starting with 4625 focus I pull 17-18 mats per pull consistantly, the 1st stage consists of the following stanza's:

Speed 3 Gentle
Rate 6 Harmful
Q250 Gentle
Terrain Specialization (PR, Desert, etc)
Extraction Counterpart -182

When I get down to about 1700 focus left I switch to the 2nd stage which consists of:

Speed 6 Gentle
Rate 6 Harmful
Q250 Gentle
Terrain Specialization (PR, Desert, etc)
Absorb Source Damage 40% (Rite reward)
Extraction Counterpart -270

How many mats do you pull and how?

P.S. The above is based on digging solo, no outside CP help.

Don't forget to mention bonus time (if any) as well as the bonus time rite.

Yes, if you use them. Personally, I never use bonus time stanza's. I always found I got better exp over time without them. Which is also why I never did the bonus time rite.

prospect has no time bonus, but i do have tryker time bonus rite
2 stages at q250
first q200 with 182 credit i think (g200/hr6/absorb 10%/mat speciality/terran, dont remember speed, probably hr or gentle 5)
when i reach q200 (and still remember to switch)..
second q250 (gs3/hr6/terran/g250 - dont remember what credit it is)

3x15 per prospect (very, very rarely i get 18, but 15 always if there is mats that many)

using q200 first gives enough time to get to third source

i have 4200 focus

I use the following:

Q250 Gentle

(tryker rite permanent time bonus too, grrr)

I average 16 mats per extract and always get 3 extracts per prospect.

I do have a couple other extract actions I can use for either the 2 stage method or for the "hurry up dig like crazy sup's up and there's aggro coming" method. Oh and also that little mini extract action for when you're at q248 and out of focus, and need just a little to get to q250.

Do you have 4625 focus because you did the resin mission? I thought I would wait till they properly implemented it with text and all ... only to find out later that they decided to 'fix' it by removing it

Yup. I need as much focus as I can get my hands on, so I did the resin rite even though it was still in french.

Edit: Seems like I haven't had much luck with rites... My max focus is 4575 and I am stuck with the 1 second extraction time bonus. Going to try out the action you posted later.
