Not as far as I know...

Its part of the netgamers network ;) I think thats just a florida server, a london server (jolt \o/) and another that I forget.

Trivia (for testers mainly -- as usual to be taken with humor)

* The common way to 'workaround' not being able to move gear to/from packers was:
a) a sap crystal
b) selling your mount
c) targetting the stables boy
d) selling to merchants

* The dodge and parry values seem to be working only for
a) 2h swords
b) 1h maces
c) daggers only
d) matis bowpistols

* The term "Yubo party" means
a) bombing a pack of yubos near Yrkanis
b) getting tons of levels in self magic
c) aggroing several yubos, casting several 'self heal' and kill them
d) b) and c) are correct

* The term "gandhi" was
a) used in betas and later on release to refer to mobs not aggroing at you
b) the name of a named bolobi till Nevrax thought it could be copyrighted
c) the last name of a Windermeer: NPC Beoy O'Gandhi
d) the name of the High Quality Zora Staff

* A common way to earn money in open beta was
a) sell ammo for much more that it costs to craft
b) exchange teleport tickets with mat merchant
c) buy raw mats and sell them to stable guy

* Getting messages from people not in your current region is known as
a) Region bleed
b) CrossRegion multicast
c) That bug cannot be reproduced

* The problem with 'action based' xp that required an overhaul was
