Payment problems

I had alot of trouble registering for SoR yesterday, and eventually I got it to work...but I can't log into the site and it won't send me my password for the game...I haven't even played it yet. Also, it charged me twice for the game, just 1 dollar each, no big deal, but I think when 2 weeks is up, it's going to double charge me again, and I can't even log in to stop the subscription? What's the deal?

If im not contacted and problem isn't fixed by tomorrow, I'm going to get my bank to block and remove the transactions and wave goodbye to the game I've paid for..but can't even play.

First of all, I'd suggest if you demand to be contacted, you should stick to the official support channels - either send a mail to support-ee@ryzom.com or open an e-mail ticket at the Email support page.

But at first, before you try anything else, look into your spam folder...

Thanks, I've tried looking in spam folder, I am getting emails from the forum part of the site, but the main site, http://www.ryzom.com won't let me log into to view my billing info.

and I like that game, I just don't want to pay double for it.

Also make sure you send emails to support as suggested, they will get the problem sorted out for you.

Your profile password is not your game login password. If you have lost the original email message then use the 'Lost your password?' link to get a new one sent.
