Hello all, I am just starting to play the game using the 14 day free trial. So far I am really liking it. But I have a couple questions that I have not been able to find any information on.

1) Once I have left the newbie island what exactly is there for me to do. I am a Fyros named Talandra.

2) A friend of mine is looking to start the game also as a Zorai.
a) Do they have a different starting village?
b) When they are ready to leave their starting village do they go to the same town as the Fyros will?
c) If b) is no then is there an easy way for us to hook up?

3) Is there really any differnece between which race you decide to start with for skills?

----Well, really there's a lot to do. Not sure where to start. Continuing elveling of course, explore, travel, socialize. Whatever you enjoy.

----They have a different starter island and as well will be transported to the Zorai capital city in the junglewhile you will go to the Fyros capital in the desert when you teleprot to the mainland.

c) If b) is no then is there an easy way for us to hook up?
----There's no easy way for either of you to travel alone to the other city. It can be done by sneaking, but is incredibly difficult, especially for a new player. Lucklily, that's one of the easier land treks and you should be able to find a group of people to make the trek with within a week or so.

3) Is there really any differnece between which race you decide to start with for skills?
---- All players of all races have the same skill selection.

Well, the entire game awaits you when you reach the mainland. One of the things I tried to do first thing was get on a trek and get to the other lands. There's so much world to explore. There's also rites you can work on and events (both player and GM run) that happen that you can participate in.

Each race has its own starting island that reflects the general landscape of that race's homeland. When you get transported to the mainland, you end up in the capitol city for your race. It will be fairly difficult for you two to link up by yourself, however, you should be able to get help travelling from one land to another, especially if you find a good guild to join. Once you've visited a new area, you can buy teleporter tickets to get back (remember to buy a TP ticket for your homeland before you leave)

No. Each race has a special racial elemental spell and their own crafting and harvesting skills but it's possible to learn the other races' spells by visiting the trainers in their lands.

Where is the Teleporter person at for the Fyros Capital City?

There's a Kami teleporter in Cerakos Gate. You can see its location here.

NOTE: You need to click on the spinning teleporter itself to buy the ticket, not the Kami NPC that is standing by it.

Near Cerakos Gate, there should be a kami being near an alter that looks like a large hovering rotating symbol.

Don't worry too much though, at low level sometimes it's faster to die and respawn and work off DP then it is to make the money to cover the cost of a ticket.

But respawning doesn't work for all places, you should definitely buy tickets whenever you get to a new location.

What else can I do then to plug a bit of "self-commercializing" and recommend my own site, if you need a foreward glimpse of the other Lands in Game.

I think phurrari might be looking for the Kami Welcomer (?) to teleport to Pyr from Fyros Island - not the Kami Altar in Pyr. Been a very long time since I started a fyros but I seem to remember the important Kami to talk to was 50-100m somewhere east of the village in the middle of Fyros Island. Can anyone give more specific information? Or did you already travel to Pyr, phurrari?
