I have just bought the game, and I enjoy it so far, although I have only spent time on the starter isle. Now I have gone to the main-city (for Matis) and I have a question for all you veterans.

I enjoy the setting and its history a lot, so I started to look around for things that would trigger my Encyclopedia, whish is sadly empty. So far I have not found anything. How does the Encyclopedia work? What shall I do to get knowledge to put into it?

I hope somebody can point me in the right direction. Thanks.

The Barman down in the southwest ? corner of Yrk starts the encyclopaedia missions off, I beleive, then its either the Sage or the Intendant in theother corner.

Jup, it´s that Barman on permanent Cigarette Break, standing outside his Bar.
The next NSCs you´ll have to visit will be pointed out to you as purple Flags in your Map. Unless they are in another town. Then you´ll have to got there first.
Sadly some Rites aren´t completeable yet. For some NSCs missig i.e. some not being wehre they are supposed to be and other bugs. But hopes are high that these Problems will be solved with the next Patch.
If not we´ll keep bugging Nevrax about it.

But you´ll have Fun without the Enceclopedya anyway, so welcome to Atys.
Ah and btw. I´m absolutely positve the you can aske anyone running around INgame at anytime, and they will be most helpfull and friendly.
